The slippers had a hole in the seam after two weeks of wear.i messaged customer service with pictures and was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I will no longer purchase from this company and will be sure to let my family and friends know to do the same. Sad to see the quality and service decline so severely.

Bought these for my wife and she absolutely loves them. She said they are extremely comfortable and cozy. Only issue is my dog thinks they are new push toys for him. So my wife has to hide them when she isn't wearing them. Lol!

I have bought a few pairs of Bearpaw boots through the years. They’re great snow boots. This is the first pair of slippers and I love them!

So soft, like a cloud on your feet and comfortable but not as sturdy as other Bearpaws. I miss the Sophia which was my favorite and I am so sad they are gone. The Effie was nice too. I wear these to sit in my recliner and keep my feet warm and toasty.

Actually the inside of the slipper has come apart. I sent in pictures. I have only had these slippers for a short time. I only wear them indoors. I feel they should be replaced. They came apart right at the seam.
