Second pair made it to my house Took me calling bank 3 weeks later they got back to me .with refund on shoe that wasn't delivered to me .system on relieing on person checking emails is not good most companies are saving money that way but what about the customer....I ordered second pair of the retro black book in size 11 due to reviews and I have wide feet they are awesome but next time I would do a 10 1/2 if they had .alittle loose when I walk but with fits so I'm good .honestly would of given a five score if this wasn't just a hassle

I love every thing about these except they are a lil big. I bought my normal size 9 in women’s.

So terrible so uncomfortable !

The sizing was way off in comparison to the same shoe in the brown color.

I ordered a size 7. They shipped really quick! They’re really cute but my ankle kept sliding out with every step I took. I looked online and a lot of people said the same thing. I tried wearing a thicker sock but it didn’t help. My toes felt snug but my heel wasn’t. I decided to return them and I’m hesitant to buy a 6 and trying those because I’m not a 6 and there’s no half sizes

These booties run true to size, are so comfy cozy and look great with every outfit!

They aren't as slip resistant as I thought......not a good snow/ice boot, nor are they as warm as I thought they would have been.

Keep my feet really warm. But after a week, it is nonstop squeaking when ever I step with my left boot!
