First pair the lace eyelet fell off but customer service was helpful in resolving this issue . Im loves the shoes!

They are very comfortable, however, mine were defective. There is a lump of material (or something) in the right shoe that rubs my foot, causing it to bleed. I'd like to exchange them for a non defective pair.
